Exchange/Return Policy

At Neaksfashion.com, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we have a flexible exchange and return policy that is designed to make the process as easy and convenient as possible.
Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to help. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you, Mail Us neaksfashion.co.in@gmail.com for returns and exchange with your order details.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number. Once you have received the authorization number, you can send the item back to us using the provided return shipping label. Please note that the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the item, we will process the return within 5-7 business days. ( Flat INR 100/-  will be deducted as shipping and handling charges)
Exceptions:
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for exchange or return, including final sale items. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
Shipping Fees:
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges and returns, unless the item was received damaged or defective.( Flat INR 100/-  will be deducted as shipping and handling charges)
